Started in 2021 with a launch scheduled for early 2023, the new TopMusic project has been designed to benefit the music industry in general and Christian's in particular, for the long term. Also a faith-based company, TopMusic is a streaming application dedicated to the music of Christian artists, and offers users the ability to directly support their favorite artists thanks to the fairest and direct compensation model.
If you are a christian artists and want to be on TopMusic : you can learn more about the project here.
Link to our article explaining why a new model is needed.
Equity :
In an industry where the major platforms still offer compensation based on a quota-share model (a model also called global centric or market centric), and that the debate on fairer remuneration for artists is ongoing (cf. UN-WIPO report), TopMusic offers an innovative, transparent and direct model, never seen in the music industry.
On TopMusic: the distribution of the amount of the subscription depends on monthly streams and wills of the listener, who directly remunerates the artists they love.
We encourage fair remuneration for rights holders thanks to our tip-centric model (model no longer based on the overall volume of listening but according to listening and tips per user).
Community :
This development is only possible through support of an committed community, aware of the challenges and carrying this vision.
We want to be a catalyser for listeners to know and meet their favorite artists; and through these exchanges, develop a dynamic of encouragement and support.

Excellence :
Through a system that offers fairer remuneration to artists, and a community convinced of the need for TopMusic, we wish to participate in the quantitative and qualitative development of Christian musical projects in the French-speaking world.
The catalog offered on TopMusic is limited to christian artists (this concept is defined by an external committee, see our moral charter and profession of faith), because we carry the message of Christ and defend Christian values in music.
