The emails sent from TopMusic for Artists, allow you to track the progress of your requests :
- to be associated to an Artist profile,
- Status of a release deposit,
- requests for additional information about a release, etc.
If you do not receive any e-mails from TopMusic for Artists :
Make sure you are not unsubscribed from our emails, for that click on this link to update your preferences (footer of one of the emails you received).
- Check your junk mail folders or other filtered folders (e.g. Promotions).
- Make sure your inbox is not filtered, or that settings are not hiding or blocking emails from @topmusic.net.
- You can add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts list
If you still do not receive our emails, send us a warining at email@example.com
